Expected Model Output Change (EMOC) for regression

Usage
- define setup (see example_setup.cfg)
- precompute setup (run evaluation/PrecomputeExperimentalSetup.py setup.cfg)
- start experiment (run evaluation/RunExperiment.py setup.cfg)
- see results (stored in results.mat)
